All massage is designed with the client in mind. We do not charge extra for a deeper massage all modalities will be incorporated into your hands on session.

What modalities could/are be(ing) used? Swedish, MFR (Myofascial Release), accupresser, deep tissue, trigger point, compression, PROM (passive range of motion), AROM (active range of motion), stretching, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) & sports massage.
